Prices

Our apartment has been fully certified and licensed for short term letting by the state of Florida. We have employed a local management company who are on call to help with any problems that you may encounter.

Prices are per week for the condo (not per person)

Price for all times of the year (except easter & xmas) is £245 per week and odd days are an extra £35 per night.

Price for Easter and Christmas / New Year weeks is £315 per week.

Minimum stay is for 7 nights.


Rental includes all utility bills, clean bed linen and towels, and all taxes. The condo will be professionally cleaned before and after your stay and there is no charge for this.

A refundable £100 security deposit is required upon booking and this will be returned to you following your stay after a satisfactory inspection by our management company ensuring no losses or damage.

Full payment is due 8 weeks prior to departure.
